The Silk Road, which has an ancient history dating back to the Bronze Age, has been used and developed by various nations for centuries as a trade route extending from east to west. A rich world culture, shaped by different communities and traditions, has developed in and around the Silk Road, whose main route is from China to Central Asia, through Iran to Mesopotamia and the Mediterranean. Although China acts with the motive that the Silk Road is its own historical heritage, the importance of the Silk Road in terms of Turkic geography, a large part of which passed into the hands of the Huns in the 2nd century BC., is clear in that this route connects Turkic societies and passes through the lands of them for a very long time. In addition, it was instrumental in Muslim merchants spreading Islam from China to India, from the Indies to the Philippines, from Iran to Anatolia and even to the West. Today, the determination of a Silk Road route with proper and correct central strategies for all kinds of economic, social, commercial and cultural agreements and any kind of reconciliation to be made between the Turkic Republics and Türkiye will accelerate the communication and dialogue between Turkic societies and lead them to take place as the leading actors in the region.
Academic studies in this field will have a multiplier effect. Because academics and researchers, who have been interested in the Silk Road from different disciplines for a long time, will come together for the first time and have the opportunity to discuss and evaluate all kinds of issues related to the Silk Road and the future of the Turks in the region. In addition, the opinions and ideas of experts with different perspectives will open new horizons for the participants, while dialogues between geographies will reinforce trust and cooperation. For all these reasons, we invite you to participate in the congress with your scientific studies and valuable opinions.

The congress is open to all original scientific papers in English, Turkish and Uzbek written on the above-mentioned fields and subjects. Papers previously published elsewhere cannot be presented and cannot be included in any journal or book that has been announced for publication within the scope of this congress.
In terms of citation systematic, APA 7 Rules will be followed,
The font size is Calibri 12 in the title and Calibri 11 in the text and subtitles.
Main headings should be written in capital letters and in bold
Graphics and in-table texts should be 10 points, graphic and table titles should be Calibri 11
“Source: ….” located under the table/graphic/figure with footnotes. It will be written in 9 points and italic.
Single line spacing and 6 br spaces should be left before and after the line.
Indents should not be used
All submitted texts must have abstracts in English, Turkish and Uzbek.
Full-text studies should include Introduction, Results, Method and Methodology, Conclusion and Bibliography.
In full-text studies, a Discussion section should be written between the Conclusion and the Bibliography.
In full-text studies, after the Discussion section, how the study sheds light on future studies and the limitations of the study should be evaluated under different headings.

The Samarkand and Bukhara Social Programs will be held between 7 - 8.October 2022 independently of the Congress, outside the Congress calendar. The social program will depart on the evening of 7 October 2022.
High speed train will be used for social trip. Accommodation will be provided for one night in Samarkand and one night in Bukhara.
The content and cost of the Social Program will be announced one month before Congress.
The costs to be reported for this program do not include meal fees.
